Reser is the newest addition to our family.  We hope in time to pursue Agility, Obedience and if he grows like his father in conformation as well. One week after his 6 months birthday he went "winners dog" in Montreal.  Ironically we only put him in because we were going for obedience with Cosby. Cosby NQ'd and he picked up his first Canadian point.  You just never know. We have now idea how he will grow out but as to performance  it is already obvious he is cut from the same mold as Cosby and Borgy. Totally fearless and full of spunk and goes everywhere at a full tilt. He comes from Kimark Shelties as did Cosby. Barbara says that he has the same drive that Cosby had as a pup so it will be interesting to see  how similar they are in few. years.

Keep away is his favorite game and he holds his own with the big boys and Sassie too.

He is named after the greatest tenor banjo player of the 1920's Harry Reser. If he moves around the agility course like Harry's fingers moved on the fretboard, he will be something to behold.

He has been free to wander the backyard. So far on his own,  he has tried out the tunnel, walked up the crossover and taken a cavalleti jump which happened to be in his way when he was trying to run down one of his big brothers. He is now happily attending puppy class and he seems to be quite at home with dogs of all sizes. a 18 months he has now competed in a couple of AKC trials and has picked up a couple of JWW Q's. No Standard legs as he is still pretty wild on the course and hopefully with the winter to work on attention he will gain some focus.  He has little trouble with most of the obedience exercises except that he can see no rational reason to sit still for more than 30 seconds. It may be a while before he enters  an obedience trial. His personality is the best I have ever seen. Very calm and loving with both humans and dogs but once it is time to run agility, he turns into an absolute wild man.
